#95 How to Trust the Universe When You Have Anxiety
As humans, none of us are immune to anxiety.
This episode was inspired by a listener's question: “How do I trust the universe when I feel anxiety?”
You can experience anxiety AND trust the Universe + yourself. The two are not mutually exclusive.
When I worked in the corporate world, I experienced what seemed like constant anxiety and I didn’t have any tools to help me manage it.
It wasn’t until I consistently started doing yoga that I found any relief.
Now that I run my own business, I experience very little anxiety. But I also did a lot of shadow work to address all of that anxiety I was feeling.
