How to Use Affirmations to Manifest

Hello beautiful soul!

I am back again for another Monday Message for you.

Today we are talking all about how to use affirmations to manifest!

Before we jump right into the affirmations, I want to do a little bit of ground work for the manifestation process as a whole.

So manifestation is about convincing yourself that what you want is possible for you.

Removing all of the doubt, all of the fear, all of the limiting beliefs, all of the imposter syndrome that's really standing in your way of becoming an energetic match to what it is that you desire.

That's the manifestation process - becoming an energetic match to what you desire. Then per the law of attraction, you will become a magnet to the opportunities, people and situations that are aligned with what it is you desire.

I'm sure you have heard of affirmations or mantras. But you may be wondering how it is a part of manifesting.

The word mantra means to reinforce the mind.

So any belief, doubt, or reoccurring thought that you have had over and over again reinforces those negative thoughts to be perceived as true by your brain.

You may think things like:

“I could never have that.”

“I don’t come from a family like that.”

“There’s no way I could ever afford to buy property here.”

Or “I’m not capable of finding someone who can love me for me.”

When you repeat these thoughts over and over again in your head, you are simply convincing yourself that they are true!

So once you have set your goal, once you know exactly what it is that you want, it's your job to shift your energy and to match what it is that you want.

You can do this simply by repeating phrases to yourself over and over and over again.

What a lot of people simply won't do is commit to this process.

Most people will write the affirmation down or repeat it a few times. In our society of instant gratification, most people want a quick fix.

But whatever belief you're holding on to that's preventing you from believing you can have what you want is so ingrained in you that it is going to take time to retrain your subconscious mind.

I find that a lot of people simply won’t commit enough to see change in their life or they don’t have the support they need to make that shift.

So when you're using affirmations or mantras to manifest it's not just a one and done type of thing.

It is an every day practice.

Reinforcing the mind. Teaching yourself a new way of thinking, a new way of believing, and a new way of interacting with the world.
