Today we are touching on a global-wide issue: stress.

Everyone in the world deals with stress in some form or another but right now most of us are experiencing increased stress around COVID-19 (The 'rona!)

In order to take care of yourself as a whole, you have to address and reduce your stress levels.

Which is exactly what I am walking you through today.

First, we will talk about how stress impacts your body and then I walk you through a meditation for reducing the stress you may be experiencing right now (or at any time really!)
