When you love yourself fully and wholly, you give others permission to do the same!
In this guided mediation, I will guide you through a balancing and calming breathwork practice.
This helps you be more receptive to subtle energies like love.
Then, I guide you with affirmations of self love, appreciation, and spiritual growth to connect you deeper to yourself.
Say these affirmations either outloud or internally.
